PU 2 Results 2024 – Another Testament to the Effectiveness of Deeksha’s Pedagogical Approach
Under Deeksha’s unique pedagogical model, science students have scripted success stories in the Pre-University (PU) and Competitive Exams like JEE, NEET, and KCET consistently for two and a half decades, while Commerce students have excelled in their PU exams and various competitive exams like the CA and CS.
This year, 12 students of Deeksha have secured the top 10 marks in the PU 2 Science and 4 students have secured the top 10 marks in PU 2 Commerce. These students are Ananth Raghav Pai (595/600), Neha Prabhu(594/600), P Sai Lekha (593/600), Sidharth V (592/600), Chetan S K (592/600), Niruth N N (591/600), H Rushil Gowda (590/600), Ramakrishna C G(590/600), Sinchana M H (589/600), Malepati Yashaswi (589/600), Varsha Shivanan K (589/600), Praneel K A (589/600) in science stream and Nisha M (590/600), Harshika K (590/600), Rekha S ( 588/600), and Shamsuddin (588/600) in the commerce stream.
Ananth Raghav Pai, a student from Deeksha CFL PU College, who bagged the 4th rank in the state, said, “The simultaneous guidance for PU and JEE that we got from Deeksha worked wonders for me. Neha Prabhu, state rank 5, from Deeksha CFL PU College, said, “Although my focus was on JEE which enabled me to score 99.59 percentile in the JEE Main, Session 1, I did not discount the importance of the PU scores. I took the weekly tests religiously and kept practicing with the Deeksha test and model question papers. I tried to cover all the topics of the PU and Deeksha’s study bite-sized material was of great help in studying and revising. “
P Sai Lekhya, the top scorer of Deeksha PU College who bagged the state rank 6, said, “It is important to strike a balance between the PU and competitive exam preparations. Siddharth V, a student from Deeksha CFL PU College, who secured 6th rank in the state, said “It is possible and even advisable to prepare for the competitive exams like JEE and PU simultaneously. It is because of this integrated model of preparation that I could reinforce my foundation and perform at my best in the PU exams. I am also very confident about my JEE performance.”
Nisha M, the Commerce student from Deeksha PU College, Vidyanagar, who secured the state rank 8th said, “The guidance for PU exams that we get from Deeksha is remarkable and our preparation is reinforced by the guidance we get for the competitive exams at Deeksha. I am preparing for CA and I studied for PU parallelly. The distinct education model of Deeksha helped me balance both efficiently.”
Another state 8th rank scorer, Harshika K from SGPTA PU College, Thyagrajanagar, said, “The teachers at Deeksha are exemplary in their subject matter knowledge and are very supportive.
